This is the first stamp i've made, and i hope it wrks. I do not hav a sub, however i still wanted to make a stamp 4 this, after hearing what happens to Greyhounds during their racing life.

The dog on the stamp is my Greyhound cross GSD Tig. He was not a racer, but i dont no, he feels strongly about this issue. :D

Greyhounds involved in racing will lead a terrible life. They will most likely be locked up in a kennel, subsistance food and poor quality standards of living. They will only liv until the age of 3 or 4, then they will most likely be shot. However the lucky ones will be rescued.

Most retired Greyhounds will be phycologically affected in some way. For example, my retired greyhound Ace needs a muzzle on walks, and will probably nvr b allowed to be let of his lead, it is too dangerous, anything small is at risk. This is a horrific shame, his exercise is limited just because of his past.

If u support this, pls place this in your journal, also i hav no idea how this will show, so if somebody wud care to tl me if the transparentness wrks, ill b grateful :)

Hmm, nicely cropped! Aesthetically speaking, I would make the photo darker though so that the text can stand out more and is easier to read. :3

I think though that the text should be changed to 'greyhound racing', because it 'against racing hounds' could be read as that you're against the hounds themselves and not the racing.

Ace is very pleased he is helping out in the DA community :)... actually hes happy coz hes being a lazy git and sleeping on a chair..... either way hes happy ^^

The ppl who live up the street from me save grathounds the have about 14 of them they are really nice ppl for saveing them.

Over here the dogs are well looked after, it's a criminal offence to provide anything less for them,they are also places into a trust at the end of their racing life, although I think it's sad that they have no social interaction.

I'm hoping to re-home and ex racer :)
